Gold Extraction Equipment
Air Lifter
The air lifter transfers loaded activated carbon between adsorption tanks in a CIP or CIL circuit. Compressed air injected at the base of a lift pipe lifts a carbon-pulp slurry into the next tank.
Technical parameters
It sits downstream of the carbon retention screen and upstream of the interstage screen, allowing continuous carbon advance without stopping pulp flow.
The model range covers increasing lift pipe diameters and lengths to match plant scale and lift height requirements. Suction box and carbon transfer box dimensions grow proportionally. System instrumentation and equipment details vary with the degree of automation required. Model codes such as KT-60 indicate different sizes within the range.

Standard-model catalogue figures. Actual capacity, power draw and wear life shift with ore properties, feed gradation and circuit conditions. Use them to shortlist, then confirm the duty by testwork, flowsheet calculation and a written confirmation from the manufacturer.
What decides the selection
Before selecting a model, the buyer must confirm the plant’s carbon transfer rate, the vertical lift height between tanks, and the slurry density and carbon concentration. Compressed air supply pressure and the tank top opening dimensions also constrain the choice. A full set of operating parameters is listed in the table.
