XHCV Hydrocyclone

The XHCV Hydrocyclone from Xinhai Mining employs centrifugal force to separate fine particles from coarser fractions in mineral slurries. Installed downstream of a grinding mill, it returns underflow for regrinding while sending correctly sized material forward to concentration. The unit handles classification, dewatering, and desliming duties. Its design operates across feed pressures and densities, suiting circuits that require a controlled split point.
