The multi-rotor airflow classifier separates fine particles by size using controlled air streams and adjustable rotor speeds. It sits downstream of grinding mills in dry comminution circuits, returning oversize material for regrind while sending fines to collection.

Technical parameters

Multiple rotors improve classification sharpness and capacity. The machine suits minerals that demand a tight particle size distribution, including non-metallic minerals such as limestone, quartz, and talc, as well as industrial powders.

The table lists eight standard models with key performance indicators: production capacity, product fineness, classification efficiency, main motor power, and air consumption. As model size increases, throughput and power rise while fineness can be tuned via rotor speed and air flow.
