Technical parameters

The linear vibration stroke and adjustable inclination suit dewatering, desliming or fine-sand recovery duties. Compared with a classification screen, the dewatering screen handles broader feed gradings and variable slurry densities without blinding.

The VD series table lists models by excitation force and screen area. A larger excitation force shifts more moisture at higher throughput, while greater screening area suits dilute pulps. Match the required processing capacity and feed solids concentration to the appropriate motor power and deck size for your specific duty.

What decides the selection

Before selecting a dewatering screen, fix the solids flow rate, feed percent solids, and target cake moisture acceptable for downstream transport or stacking. Define the particle size distribution, especially the proportion of minus 200-mesh material. Confirm the available footprint and single-deck versus double-deck preference. These parameters determine the required excitation force and screen dimensions.
