Circular Vibrating Screen
Circular vibrating screens use an eccentric shaft to generate a circular throw that stratifies and separates material by size. In a comminution circuit the machine sits after a crusher or primary mill, taking feed up to a maximum lump size and producing a sized undersize product.
Technical parameters
The oversize fraction recirculates for further reduction, while the undersize advances to secondary grinding, gravity concentration, or flotation. Unit selection requires confirmation of duty conditions through testwork.
The table lists models with varying screen area, deck number, and vibration parameters. Model codes such as YA1236 indicate layer count and approximate dimensions.
