Inertial Vibrating Feeder

Xinhai's inertial vibrating feeder transfers bulk ore from hoppers to crushers or screens. It mounts between the bin and the first processing stage, providing a steady, adjustable flow. Twin vibration motors drive the trough directly.

Technical parameters

The feeder handles many ore types and particle sizes. Its bolted frame eases maintenance in remote sites. Compared with electromagnetic feeders, it generates higher drive force for larger troughs.

The parameter table spans 28 models. The model code, such as GZG400-4, indicates the trough width in millimetres and the number of vibration motors. Buyers should compare feed chute dimensions, capacity, and permissible particle size to match the feeder to the ore stream and bin geometry. Installation weight and power draw rise with trough size.
