Automatic Flocculant Dosing System

The Xinhai automatic flocculant dosing system prepares polymer flocculant solution continuously from dry powder and doses it accurately into thickener feed streams. It sits upstream of the thickener, directly conditioning the slurry before sedimentation.

Technical parameters

The system integrates dry powder storage, controlled wetting, maturation tanks, and variable-speed dosing pumps into a single automated skid. It replaces manual batching, ensuring consistent settling performance while reducing operator exposure to chemical dust.

The table lists models by preparation capacity, storage volume and total installed power. Higher-capacity models suit high-throughput concentrators; smaller units cover pilot plants or split flows. Selection depends on the required dosing rate and ageing time needed for the flocculant type. All models share automatic powder feeding, controlled water addition and level-based sequencing to maintain solution quality.
