Agitation Equipment
Lifting Agitation Tank
The Xinhai Lifting Agitation Tank combines conditioning and lifting in one unit, raising slurry to a higher elevation while maintaining consistent mixing. It is typically placed after reagent addition and ahead of flotation or leaching circuits where a gravity feed to the next stage is required.
Technical parameters
Unlike a standard agitation tank that relies on an external pump for elevation, the lifting design reduces footprint and equipment count. The tank handles medium to high-density pulps and suits ores where floor space or circuit layout imposes vertical constraints.
The parameter table lists six models identified by a TBJ prefix and tank diameter × tank height dimensions. Effective volume, lifting height, impeller diameter, and motor power increase across the range, allowing a match to the required flow rate and lift head. Comparing these values against site survey data narrows the shortlist.
| Model | Tank Diameter (mm) | Tank Height (mm) | Effective Volume ( m3 ) | Lifting Height (mm) | Impeller Diameter (mm) | Impeller Speed (r/min) | Motor Power (kW) | Weight (kg) |

Standard-model catalogue figures. Actual capacity, power draw and wear life shift with ore properties, feed gradation and circuit conditions. Use them to shortlist, then confirm the duty by testwork, flowsheet calculation and a written confirmation from the manufacturer.
What decides the selection
Before selecting a model, define the design slurry flow rate, pulp density, required net lift height, and desired retention time. Also confirm the chemical environment to specify wetted parts in the correct alloy or elastomer. A settled solids assessment determines the impeller type and speed needed to maintain suspension while lifting.
